From our studios in Edinburgh and East Lothian, and with a growing presence in Perthshire, we draw on the richness of Scotland’s varied landscapes, layered histories, and distinctive light. From long, bright summer days to low winter sun, we design homes that respond with confidence, promoting calm, coherence and a meaningful connection to the natural world.

Whether reimagining a historic building or creating something entirely new, our focus is always on integration. Each home is shaped by thoughtful spatial arrangements, enduring materials, and a quiet architectural language that supports daily life.
