Somner Macdonald Architects is a residential architecture practice based in Edinburgh, with a presence in East Lothian and Perthshire, and projects spanning central and southern Scotland.

Founded in 1993, we bring over three decades of experience designing homes shaped by clarity, care and a deep understanding of place. Our work in both urban and rural settings gives us the confidence to design with purpose and long-term vision.
